Latoyia's experiences growing up inspired her to form All People Matter to support families in need so that they won't have to go through the challenges that she faced growing up.

As a seasoned woman of God, Latoyia is Spirit led in helping people and gets great joy and peace in being a blessing to other people. Ms. Crutcher looks at the community like its an extended family. That's her super power to truly love others like they were here brothers and sisters.
